The Maid Nice Satisfaction Guarantee
If an item included in your confirmed cleaning scope is missed, notify Maid Nice within 24 hours of the completed visit. We will review the concern and, when it qualifies, arrange a provider return visit to address the missed area at no additional cleaning charge.
How to request a return visit
- Contact Maid Nice within 24 hours by phone or through the contact form.
- Identify the missed task or area and provide photos when reasonably possible.
- Allow us to compare the concern with the confirmed booking scope.
- When covered, coordinate access for the offered return visit, normally the next business day.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to cleaning tasks included in the confirmed scope that were not completed to the agreed standard. It does not automatically cover tasks declined or excluded from the quote, permanent damage or staining, unsafe conditions, post-visit messes, inaccessible areas, or results limited by the material's condition.
Resolution
The standard remedy is a return visit to address the covered concern. Contact us promptly rather than hiring another provider or altering the area first, because Maid Nice needs a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
